Delivery
Processing time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders aren’t shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Free shipping
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £150 and free international delivery on orders over £250.
Delays
During busy periods (sales, seasonal peaks, etc.), dispatch and delivery may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll get in touch via email or phone.
International deliveries & customs
International orders are also processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that you’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges in your country.
Returns
30-day returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
-Unworn and unused
-In the same condition you received them
-With tags attached
-In the original packaging
-With a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Non-returnable items
Some items can’t be returned, including:
-Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
-Custom/special order or personalised items
-Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, provided items meet the same eligibility conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks/card providers can take additional time to post the refund). If it’s been more than
15 business days since approval, contact us at info@thesilversheep.co.uk.
